The church building, constructed between 1926 and 1927, is designed in the Late Gothic Revival style by architect Robert F. Schirmer. Notable features include a square bell tower housing five cast bells and walls made of gneiss quarried in Pennsylvania, highlighted by terra-cotta trim. All Saints Church relocated from South Richmond Hill in 2013, undertaking significant renovations to prepare the building for reconsecration.
