Terms for using Voicemarks.

1. Overview
These terms apply when you use Voicemarks, including the web app, Android app, iOS app, public pages and related services. By using Voicemarks, you agree to use the service responsibly and in line with these terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You should provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
3. User content
You may create pins, comments, photos, audio, tours and profile content. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Voicemarks permission to host, process, display and share it as needed to provide the service, according to the visibility settings you choose.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing or harmful.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or abuse the service.
- Do not use Voicemarks to harass people, publish private information without permission, or impersonate others.
- Respect local laws and safety when using maps, tours and location-based features.
5. Location, tours and safety
Voicemarks may show places, routes and audio guides, but it does not replace your judgement, local signs, official guidance or common sense. You are responsible for your own safety when travelling, walking, driving or visiting places.
6. Payments
Some features may require credits, purchases or subscriptions. Payment details are handled by third-party payment providers. Pricing, taxes, renewal terms and cancellation options will be shown at checkout or in the relevant app screen.
7. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or remove features as the product develops. We aim to keep Voicemarks reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
